He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Nelson Shellhammer and Gladys A. Shellhammer (Hall); and his sister Marilyn Gray. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Shellhammer (Helke); his children, David (Kimberly Shellhammer), Karen (Lee Bramlette), Jeff Shellhammer of Huber Heights and Jon (Erika Shellhammer); and his sister Love Carolyne Faith.
