He was predeceased by: his father Alvin E. Fellers; his former wife Lova Mae Fellers; and his siblings, Catherine Heisey and Harold Fellers. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Ellen Fellers (Massie); his daughters, Roberta Mueller (Rick) of Troy and Sharon Wray (Jack) of Trotwood; his stepchildren, Matthew Adkins, Mary Petersime and Tyler Adkins; and his sister-in-law Edith Fellers. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren & 5 step grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren & 7 step great-grandchildren.
