He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Welch and Florence Welch (Burroughs); his son Daniel Burroughs; and his grandson James Robert Bower. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Jackson; his daughters, Christina Mazzone (Nicholas) of Kettering, OH, Lora Johns (Chuck) of Ludlow Falls, OH and Connie Leber (Dave Meyer) of Waynesville, OH.; and his sisters, Jeannie Campbell, Dora Griffis and Debra Gorden.
