She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Surface and Gladys Surface (Garwood); her former husband Ferrol Hawker; her husband David Allen Clark; her sons, Martin Hawker and Michael Clark; and her sisters, Jeanette Zech and Carol Reiber.
She is survived by: her son David D. Clark of West Milton; her grandchildren, Brooke Hawker, Zachery Clark and Spencer Clark; and her great grandchild Allie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
