She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Puterbaugh and Lova Mae Puterbaugh (Elleman); her husband Esty Helmick; her daughter Jean Ann Helmick; and her siblings, Morris, Ned, Dean Puterbaugh and Linda Wion.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Horn (Larry) of West Milton, Jennifer Johnson of New Lebanon and Robert Johnson of Troy; her grandsons, Roben, Wesley and Aaron; and her sister Mara Lee Rhynard.
