With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lucille Kauffman (West Milton, Ohio), who passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Surber and Edna Surber (Uhrig); her husband Kenneth E. Kauffman; her sisters, Mabel Chromey and Pauline Seibel; and her son-in-law James Noffsinger.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Kauffman (Carma Jo), Linda Noffsinger, Beverly Klepinger (Bill) and Laura; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Noffsinger, Jodi Noffsinger (Chien Hwang), Jamie Metzger, Kelly Kidwell, Amy Booher (Chad) and Emily Hatfield (Kyle); her nephew Bill Chromey; and her niece Lori Seibel. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
In honor of Mary Lucille, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420; or to the charity of one's choice.
