She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Blackburn and Helen Blackburn (Dohner). She is survived by: her children, Anabelle Tedder of Carrolton, GA, Joshua Weaver of Destin, FL and Michael Beculheimer of Dayton; and her siblings, Robert Blackburn (Debbie), Thomas Blackburn (Kim Cole) and Mark Blackburn (Donna Smith). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
