He was predeceased by: his father Robert Acton; his grandson Benjamin Batty; his great grandchild Ezra Batty; and his siblings, Joan Brandt, Sharon Cica and Lawrence Acton.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Acton (Lowry); and his children, Nikki Batty (Thomas) of Tipp City, Shelley Brown (Brian Aleslagle) of Kettering, Mark Acton (Debra) of Pleasant Hill, Brent Acton (Sheryl) of Cincinnati and William R. Acton of Worthington.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry's honor to Hospice of Miami County.
