She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dearth and Marie Dearth (Thuma); her husband Lowell Foster; her sons, Robert Westfall, Ricky Westfall and Ronnie Westfall; her daughter-in-law Tammy Westfall; and her siblings, Pauline Hildebrand, Nolan Dearth and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Akers of Troy, Michael Westfall of Troy and Rodney Westfall (Gina) of West Milton. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Miami Memorial Park (7875 N Crescent Rd, Covington, OH 45318).
