He was predeceased by: his parents, Stelson Allen and Betsy Allen (McGuire); his brothers, Andrew and Ronald Allen; and his close friend Candy.
He is survived by: his sisters, Naomi Sanders (Terry), Patricia Studebaker (Ed White) and Linda Sue Allen; his daughter Angie Scammahorn (Ron); his granddaughter Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Timothy, Andrew, Isaiah, Sage and Tyme. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
