He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. Neal and Marta L. Neal (Cox). He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Neal (Hepfer); his sons, Christopher A. Hepfer (Jamie C.) of Dayton and Wade A. Neal (Sarah E.) of Tipp City; and his grandchildren, Samantha Hepfer, Lydia Neal and David Hepfer.
