He is survived by: his son James Michael Maynard; his grandchildren, Ashton Lee Michael Hutson and Trent Allen Hutson; his brothers, Doug Maynard of Mansfield and Charles Maynard of Medina, OH.; and also Leon Cremeans of West Milton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
