He was predeceased by: his parent William A. Moore. He is survived by: his parent Miriam Moore (Alexander) of New Paris; his wife Joy Moore (Hofacker) of West Milton; his son-in-law Jenna Moore; his sisters-in-law, Tom Moore (Vicki) of New Paris, Bill Moore (Jill) of New Paris and Bob Moore (Laura) of Ludlow Falls, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Tim Moore (Nicki), Dan Moore (Sarah), Brittani Hampton (Brad), Brandon Moore (Meggan), Brennan Barrett (Austin), Ryan Moore and Maggie Moore.
In lieu of flowers, it was Jim's request that memorial contributions be made to the Salem Church of the Brethren's Outreach program, 6037 Phillipsburg Union Road, Englewood, Ohio 45322 or to the Southern Ohio District Church of the Brethren, P.O. Box 785, Greenville, Ohio 45331.
