He is survived by: his wife Doris Eileen Oburn (Restaurant); his daughters, Brenda Kay Johnson of Dayton and Karen Sue Pava of Arizona; his grandchildren, Diana Ouilette (Chris) of Arizona, Ashley Rae Pava of Arizona, Michael David Pava of Arizona and Brandon Johnson of Albuquerque; his great grandchildren, Hunter Ouillette, Evie Ouillette, Madilyn Pava of Arizona, Ava Marie Johnson and Ethan Paul Johnson of Albuquerque; the mother of his children Elisa Machtinger of Albuquerque; his close friends, Brent and Gail Johnson; and his uncle Sam. He is also survived by many cousins, friends, nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Herb's honor to the VA Hospice or Miami County Humane Society.
