She was predeceased by: her parents, Toy Thacker and Betty Thacker; her husband Robert T. McCuiston; her son Tim McCuiston; her great grandchild Nora Raines; and her siblings, Monroe, Jewel, Imogene and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Shaw (Schuyler) of Tipp City, Kim Fritz (Kevin) of Greenville and Bob McCuiston (Linda) of Phoenix, AZ; and her brother Bill Thacker. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
