He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gallow and Celia Gallow (Hollenbach); his daughter Patricia Tilton; his siblings, Nate, Lawrence Gallow and Vivian Jane Gallow Cardiff; and his stepfather Reed Wilcox.
He is survived by: his son Fred Leroy Gallow, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Michelle Gallow of Pleasant Hill; his son Robert Nicely of Troy; his grandchildren, Haley, Austin, Emma, Levi, Britney, Courtney Tilton, Lauren Motter, Jasmine Gilardi, Catelyn Rutherford and Gauge Gallow; and his close friend Debbie Hildebrand of West Milton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Special Olympics Foundation or your local VFW Post.
