He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Tarr; his children, Cathi Shafer (Ike), Shelley Tarr, Jennifer Burnett (Terry) and Cotton Tarr (Vicki); his grandchildren, Cara Roy, Michael Shafer (Sara), Cody Shafer, Keturah Sassaman, Tyler Hardy (Tara), Kyle Burnett, Ross Burnett and Gunnar Tarr (Liz); his great grandchildren, Luke Steele (Taylor), Jordan Knight, Chazzy Wolford, Quinn Hudson, Archer Hudson, Kallyn Shafer, Fox Sassaman, Vienna Sassaman and Parker Tarr; and his great great grandchildren, Roen, Nova, Rhea and Koda.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kreitzer Funeral Home (204 N Main St, Arcanum, OH 45304). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
