He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Fetters (Lambert); his wife Frances Ann Fetters (Ferry); his father Larry Fetters; his daughters, Andrea Marie Fetters (Shane William Fogarty) and Claire Jordan Fetters (Jacob Tyler Binegar); and his sister Cheryl Herkins (Mark).
