He is survived by: his parents, Donald R. Brush, Sr. and Norma J. Brush (Kidder); his daughter Danielle Pierce (Shaun) of Bradford; the mother of his child Jayne Lewis of Tipp City; and his siblings, David Brush, Doug Brush (Karen), Wanda Smaltz (Lyndon) and Angela Newcomer.
