She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Ullery of Dayton, Kurt Ullery (Carrie) of West Milton and Kris Ullery (Erin) of Miamisburg; her grandchildren, Blake (Anna), Shane, Kade, Trace and Brooke; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Price (Rick) of Brookville, Wanda Wahl of Troy and Susan Ullery of Brookville.
