It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Sue Planck of West Milton, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Peters and Isabella Peters (Anthony); her husband Evan Planck; her children, Robin Kohutek and David Johnston; and her siblings, Patricia Wilson and Jack Peters.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Johnson of Piqua and Richard Johnson (DeAnn) of Laura; and her grandchildren, Susan, Sonya, Ashley, Kyle, Logan, Brendon and Brittany. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
