He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Netzley and Nancy Netzley (Swinger); his wife Barbara Cress; his son Chris Netzely; his sisters, Betty Vagedes and Catherine Fine; and his granddaughter Ginger Dodson.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Netzley of Little Rock, Paul Netzley of Houston, Lova Monaghan of Lake Jackson and William Netzley of Cincinnati. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
