She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Blackburn and Viola Blackburn (Hoover); her husband Richard L. Kinsey; her daughter Sylvia Ann Kinsey; her sisters, Mary Kathryn Blackburn and Virginia Lee Broadneck; her son-in-law Tim McCuiston; and her great grandchild Nora Eve Raines.
She is survived by: her children, Tom, Kathy Kinsey of West Milton, Denise and Jeff Ellinger of West Milton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
