He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas and Rosa M. Morrow (Forrider); and his siblings, David Morrow, Joseph Strohl, Joanne Votaw and Roberta Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Houser; his stepchildren, Jacob Coil Jr. (Stacie Newman), Floyd Coil (Tonya), Yvonne Schmucker (Matt King) and Ellenna Houser; and his nieces and nephews, Brian Keith Miller, Sheila Wynn Miller, Tara Megan Palmer, Michael Wayne Votaw, Sandra Faith Votaw, Cindy Lynn Brown and David Allen Morrow.
