He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spain and Marie DeGood Spain. He is survived by: his pet Gunner; his children, Lyndsay Moore (John) of Marysville, Nicole Lanning (Matt) of Springboro and Zach Spain of Springfield; his grandsons, Gavin, Lucas, Aiden Moore, Carter and Colby Lanning; his siblings, Rick Spain (Cathy) of Milford Center and Joy Morrison of Medina; and his close friend Betsy Spain of Marysville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
