She was predeceased by: her father Donald Eugene Lillard Sr.; and her nephew Ryan Lillard. She is survived by: her husband Roger Blair; her children, Greg Blair (Tami) of West Mansfield and Charla Blair (Chris Bair) of Belle Center; her siblings, Donald E. Lillard Jr. (Debby) of Bellefontaine and Patty Richardson (Terry) of Urbana; and her pets, Bingo and Buckeye. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
