He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foreman and Vena Foreman (LeVan); his son Tom Foreman; his great grandchild Sky Lhamon; and his siblings, Sandy Hairfield, Ruth Short, George Foreman, Jr., Terry Foreman and Charles "Pete" Foreman.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Longbrake; his sons, Ken Foreman (Diane) and Tim Foreman of West Mansfield; his siblings, Joy Luman of Arp, TX and Lester Foreman (Jerri) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Mike Foreman (Wanda), Dustany Foreman (David), Shel-Leigh Sadler (Shawn), Scot Foreman (Sarah), Danielle Foreman, Shelbie McNew (Jazz), Kylene Jenkins (Tim) and Tyler Foreman; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Kaylee, Brooklyn, Colin, Hunter, Jayda, Riley, Sunny, Summer, Izabelle, Lucas, Arianna, Benjamin, Hayden, Jaydyn, Raiden, Paige, Alyvia, Sabre, Tyson and Logan.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Nationwide Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
