It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Fields (West Mansfield, Ohio), born in Old Town, Maine, who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fields and Monica Fields (Daigle); and his brother Arthur "Skip" Fields. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Faloon; his children, David A. Fields (Holly) of Kenton, Kerri Everett (Matt) of Norridgewok, ME and Jenn York (Rick) of Skowhegan, ME; his grandchildren, Chase, Matthew, Alyssa, Lizzie, Casey, Kade, Eli, Alex and Axel; his great grandchild Mya; and his siblings, Kathy Taylor (Charlie) of West Mansfield, Steve Fields (Teresa) of West Mansfield and Tony "Shorty" Fields (Andrea) of West Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the West Mansfield Conservation Club in care of the funeral home.
