He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Stiver and Mary Stiver (Zimmerman); his wife Donna Stiver (Ward); his siblings, Harry, John Stiver, Jean Webb, Mary Stiver and Edward Stiver; and his grandson Randy Stiver.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Stiver (Peggy) of Monroe, Donna Jean Ferguson of Eldorado, Dean Stiver (LeAnne) of New Paris, Barb Kerns (Don) of West Manchester and Dennis Stiver (Karlynda) of New Paris; and his siblings, Betty Gilbert (Lawrence) of Manvel, TX, Frank Stiver (Esther) of Dickson, TN and Wes Stiver (Jan) of Lewisburg. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
