He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Steve of Toledo, Ohio, Jim (Rhoda) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Shellie (John Richards) of Eaton, Ohio and David (Debbie) of Blue Springs; his grandchildren, Phoebe, Evie, Jason, Johanna, Jennifer, Lauren, Jonathan, Jonny and Steven; and his stepgrandsons, Jason and Sean. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
