He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chellis and Dottie Chellis (Poe); and his grandfather Milton. He is survived by: his wife Pam Chellis (Troutwine); his sons, Shawn Chellis (Beth) of Piqua and Tyrell Chellis of Eaton, Ohio; and his siblings, Vickie Vince (Dan) of Ontario, Andy Chellis of Florida, Cheri Johnson of Florida and Brenda Hembree of Eldorado, Ohio.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
