He is survived by: his wife Susie Parrish (Erwin) of West Manchester; his grandchildren, Skyler Bergman of Covington and Desiree Parrish of Piqua; and his siblings, John Parrish, Jr. of Union and Gertie Florence of Englewood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
