He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarvis Pleasant and Lola Lee Wassom; and his sister Judy Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Betty Marlow Wassom; his sons, Jeff Wassom (Cindy), Mark Wassom (Rhonda), Chad Wassom (Beth) and Tony Wassom (Marie); his grandchildren, Emily Buffler (Alex), Eli Wassom (Savannah), Elaina Harrist (Nick), Olivia Ponder (Devin), Grant Wassom (Kirby), Wyatt Wassom, Dakota Eggleston, Adrianna Lavey (Brandon), Andrew Wassom (Amber) and Tully Wassom; his great grandchildren, Benjen, Hank, Everett, Jackson, Adelynn and Dax; and his brother Jerry Wassom (Patti). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
