She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Ashworth and Beatrice Ashworth (Crawford); her husband Robert D. Johnson; her son Scott R. Turner; and her sister Carol DeCamp.

She is survived by: her son Ralph Turner of West Manchester; her grandsons, Curt Turner of Petersburg, KY and Brad Turner of Eaton; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jonathan, Justin and Cadence; and her brother Norman Ashworth of Beavercreek, OH..
