He is survived by: his wife Deborah Parmer; his children, Warren Blair Jr. (Tonya) and Twilah Fairchild (Jason); his grandchildren, Tiffanie Davis (Kyle), Kelsie Blair and Blair Fairchild; his great grandchildren, Vincent and Zander; and his sisters, Sandy Akers (Donald) and Shirley Salyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
