He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Sylvester Hostetler and Mamie Pearl Hostetler (Byler); and his siblings, Harold Hostetler, Norma Hostetler, Eileen Botkin, Pauline Towles, Earl Hostetler, Ruth Craig and Rose Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Hostetler (King); his children, Todd Hostetler (Dena) and Tara Sanford (Dennis); his grandchildren, Savannah Hostetler, Stephen Hostetler, Madelyn Sanford, Miles Hostetler, Josephine Hostetler and Hayden Sanford; and his sisters, Ella Mae Kauffman (Lowell) and Nellie Lindemer (Dick).
