With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Joan King of West Liberty, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Shirley Joan departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Shirley Joan. Though Shirley Joan may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Emmett King and Zella Mae Yoder; and her brother Darrell Herbert King. She is survived by: her great-niece Faith Kindig Mielke; and her sister Mary Ann Hostetler King (Pratt).
