She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Casteel and Catherine I. Casteel (Bloom); her husband Charles M. "Charlie" Peed; her son Jerald W. "Jerry" Votaw (Kelly) of Ashley; her grandson Hudson Tharp; and her sister-in-law Karen Casteel.
She is survived by: her friend Church; her children, Ministries, Brian Votaw (Melanie) of Marengo, Keith Votaw (Sessa) of Marion and Jeralyn Tharp (Timothy) of Pace, FL; her grandchildren, Joshua Votaw (Jeska), Jason Votaw, Monica Roberts (Preston), Jerrod Votaw, Erika Votaw, Kendra Mosher (Jacob), Camden Votaw, Mason Tharp and Ione Tharp; and her brother Phillip Casteel Sr. of Marengo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sharon's name may be made to Fargo Wesleyan Church or Gilead Friends Church.
