It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Charlene Coy of West Liberty, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ruth Charlene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth Charlene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Faith of West Liberty (215 W Columbus St, West Liberty, OH 43357). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Highland Memorial Cemetery (5591 US-68, West Liberty, OH 43357).
