He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Murphy and Imogene Murphy (Collins). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Murphy (Taylor); his children, Lynn Armentrout (Ed), Jill Klinger (Bill) and Shaun Murphy (Robin); and his grandchildren, Randy Cramer, Justus Murphy, Autumn Swartz (Gabe), Lane Stratton (Chelsi), Nate Stratton (Kayla) and Kristine Stratton. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
