Foughty (West Liberty, Ohio), born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harry "Bud" Foughty. He is survived by: his mother Helen Irene Foughty (Spence); his brother Greg Foughty (Sherrie); his stepson Braden Lance (Mandy); and his granddaughter MyKenzie "Kenzie" Lance.
