He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Robert and Ruth H. McIntosh (Flickinger). He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Comer; his children, Dennis McIntosh (Julie) of West Liberty, David McIntosh (Kelly) of Urbana, Deanna McIntosh of DeGraff, Darren McIntosh (Dianna) of Urbana and Douglas McIntosh (Veronica) of West Liberty; his grandchildren, Melissa Louden (Mike), Michelle Sullivan (Morgan), Matthew McIntosh (Ashley), Meredith McIntosh, Miranda Paulus (Nathan), Michael McIntosh (Megan), Mikalia McIntosh and Maria McIntosh; his siblings, Barb Haas (Jerry) of DeGraff and Robert McIntosh (Susie) of Oletha, Kansas; his close friends, Jack and Anne Grimm; and also, McKenzie, Madison, Don and Jane Moffitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
