Blosser of West Liberty, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Junior Dean; her daughter Lura Scott; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Blosser. She is survived by: her children, Jacquie Rowe (Ty) of Bellefontaine, Dean Blosser of Bellefontaine and Robert Blosser of Bellefontaine; her grandchildren, Natasha Fissel, Nathan Walker, Chrissy Shoots (Billy), Chuckie Everhardt, Carrie Blosser, Stephanie Blosser, Larry Blosser, Joplyn Blosser, Maloree Miller, Aleigh Fissel, Seth Shields, Emily Fissel, Chase Everhardt, Hayes Godwin and Gracie Allen (Mamie); and her close friend Carol Edgecomb of West Liberty.
