He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frazier and Emma L. Frazier (Mossbarger); his wife Rene Frazier (Queen); and his siblings, Ira Frazier and Lenard Gale Frazier.
He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Dale "Moe" Frazier Jr. (Stacey), David Frazier (Michelle) and Chad Frazier; his grandchildren, Jacob Frazier (April), Jessica Morris (Trevor), Rachel Frazier, Nathan Frazier, Abigail Tevis (Cody), Denver Frazier, Blake Frazier and Brayden Frazier; his girlfriend Denise Smith; and his brothers, John "Sonny" Frazier, Bert Mason, Ronnie Frazier (Mamie) and Don Frazier. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
