It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann White of West Liberty, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olna Harris and Dica May Horner Harris; and her husband Ralph Dee White. She is survived by: her children, Todd Dee White (Jennifer) of Bellefontaine, Kim Bradley of Portsmouth and Renay White of Portsmouth; her sister Kaye Hammond (Jim) of Minford; her grandchildren, Joshua Nichols, P. J. Bradley, Megan White (Anton Dodds), Ashley White and Todd White, Jr. (Mallory); and her great grandchildren, Harper Welch, Oaklee Bryant, Ben White and Brady White.
