Knoff and Carrie Alice Knoff (Strain); her husband David Max Hartzler; her siblings, Nora McMellon, Jim Knoff and Don Knoff; her parents-in-law, Roy Andrew and Bonnie Lucille Hartzler; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Knoff, Charles McMellon and Leland Tuttle.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Ruth Tuttle of Bellefontaine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
