Watts (West Liberty, Ohio), born in Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Alice Watts (Hunt); and his sister Mary Small (John) of Mechanicsburg. He is survived by: his wife Betty Watts (Elkins); his children, Glenn Hannon of Trumann, Del Hannon (Kay) of Trumann, Heath Hannon (Kristie) of Stockbridge, MI, Cindy Smith (Doug) of Nashville, TN and Wade Hannon (Alexis) of Marysville; and his sisters, Beverly Leiberick of Mt Sterling, KY and Barb Purdue (Nelson) of Urbana. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
In observance of the COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home and family ask that friends adhere to the following visitation schedule: Using the first letter of your last name, those guests whose last name begins with the letters A thru F will be welcome between the hours of 1 to 2 p. m.; G thru L from 2 to 3 p. m.; M thru R from 3 to 4 p. m.; S thru Z from 4 to 5 p. m.
