He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Foshee and Mary Lucille Foshee (O'Brien); and his son Michael E. Foshee, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Foshee (Pelletier) of West Liberty; his daughter Sharon Foshee-Arrowood of West Liberty; his grandsons, Jacob Arrowood (Paige) and Nathaniel Arrowood (Rita); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Harley, Willow, Fletcher and Lincoln.
