She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Massengale and Clemmie Lowe Massengale; her husband Tom Morris, Jr.; her daughter Molly Marie Purkey; her grandson Little Tommy; and her siblings, Donald Massengale and Dorothy Kimble.
She is survived by: her son Thomas A. H. "Tommy" Morris of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Schere Spire (Joey), Stacey Purkey, Timothy Purkey (Jill), Bethany Morris (Alexis), Jebedhia Morris (Katie), Christian "Tater" Morris (Alex) and Zach Morris (Stephanie Loman); her son-in-law Danny Purkey; and her siblings, Dillard Massengale, Ronald "Moose" Massengale, Faye Estep, Wanda Newport, Flonnie Daugherty, Linda Day, Beatrice Lowe and Lorene Day. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
