We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2023, at the age of 61, Mark A. Carmean of West Liberty, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vaughn Carmean and Della Mae Carmean (Moss); his daughter Kristin Carmean; his sister Pam Watts (David); and his grandchildren, Koby, Ethyn Griffith, Dominik Patton (Linda Boedicker), Chinese Pug and Jake.
